Worked on concept and 2D art for in-game assets.
2D ART PROCESS
Concept: sometimes a description and a bit of the script was given, sometimes an older concept, or just a crude sketch with character paths and asset markings. From there, a rough concept was created for the interior and/or exterior to fit the story beat, mood, and style.
2D Asset Creation: all the structures were formed by cards, so each individual card asset was created as a unique drawing.
Assembly: the 3D team then combined 2D assets with 3D assets in Unity to build the scene.
